will there be first come first served for the chassis certification? or is there a schedualed appointment for each car ?

8 am ????? tillll ??????? it just says sat feb 25 th i already payed my $150.00 via paypal . do i just show up? kinda would waste a lot of time if i showed at 8 am , if they were not strting till noon or something . just curious .
