As far as I know it is, they didn't mention anything about it other than how you pay at the gate and get you tech card. Pay spectator fee at gate then after you get parked you'll go get your tech card at the booth near the concession stand.

im guessing you pay the 12 to get in and the tech card for xxx class is minus that amount to get it..or is it..gate admission plus class tech card fee

Over all, pricing went up by $2.00 from last year, no matter what tech card you buy.
You pay $12.00 at the gate & pay the difference when you buy your tech card inside.
