has 8ft overhang with mattress and carpet w/ ac unit up front and cabinets. new wood on floor and back door and some of the walls. new ceiling tiles. roof sealed. trailer does not leak. inside lighting and new carpet on floor. 3 tires new and 3 about 1 year old. good solid trailer but we need a longer one to pull dragster and nova.
