The rules for this years points series says there will be 11 points races with one throw-a-way. Your best 10 will count. The rules also say that if there are 10 or less points races (because of rain or whatever) then there will be no throw-a-way races.

The schedule has 12 points races, not 11. You guys and gals better figure out the rules for 12 races, NOW, before anything happens to complicate the issue.
