We will open the gates at 10am Friday morning for team parking. Each team will be assigned a team parking area. We will start test n tune at 2:30pm and run till around 8pm weather permitting. Core Ministry will also be doing silent auction. We will have the gate open for team parking till 10pm Friday night. Then the gates will open at 8am Saturday morning. We will start time runs at 8:30am weather permitting. We will run Saturday till around 8pm depending on the weather. When the TRP and CDRA officials feel it is unsafe to race we will call the race. Then we will have Saturday night fun with Adult costume contest, and Karaoke. Don’t forget we will have Barkus. (Dog parade with award for best dressed dog). Then Sunday morning we will open the gates at 8am with Core Ministry Church service at 8:15am. Racing will start at 9am weather permitting.
